🐾 A family affair at Cape Fear Spay/Neuter Clinic! 💕

Meet Seraphina, this beautiful mama who came in yesterday to be spayed after raising her four adorable kittens. Six weeks ago, she gave them the best possible start in life—and today was another big milestone for the whole family!

While Seraphina had her surgery, her four little ones came in for their first kitten vaccine series and wellness visit. Watching this sweet family take the next step toward a healthy future was such a special part of our day.

Spaying and neutering not only helps reduce pet overpopulation, but it also provides important health benefits for pets like Seraphina. Pairing that with routine wellness care and vaccinations gives kittens the best chance to grow into happy, healthy cats.

💜 Patient Spotlight: Sage 💜

Sweet Sage spent the day with us for her spay procedure! After a successful surgery, this brave girl enjoyed some extra snuggles and comfort while patiently waiting for her mom to pick her up. 🐾

We love making sure our patients feel safe, loved, and cared for every step of their visit. Judging by that sweet face, we’d say Sage was happy to soak up all the attention she could get! 🥰

🚨 Seeking Help Identifying Vehicle Involved in Theft 🚨

We are a veterinary clinic located in Castle Hayne, and we’re asking for the community’s assistance.

On Saturday, June 20th at 1:22 PM, the individual driving the vehicle pictured stole the water pump for our well system, which supplies water for our facility.

🐾✨ Meet Tallulah! ✨🐾

This sweet Golden Retriever stopped by Cape Fear Spay/Neuter Clinic for her spay surgery, and she absolutely melted our hearts. Just look at that adorable face and those soulful eyes! 💛

Spaying helps prevent unwanted litters and can provide important long-term health benefits, giving dogs like Tallulah the opportunity to live happier, healthier lives. We’re honored to be part of that journey for so many pets in our community.

Tiny but mighty 💛 Meet Tucker!

This sweet little guy came in today for his neuter, and he handled it like a champ. From those big, curious eyes to his cozy sweater, Tucker stole everyone’s hearts in about 0.2 seconds 🐶✨

We want to use Tucker’s visit as a gentle reminder: for the safety of our patients, we have a minimum weight requirement of 4 lbs for surgery. This helps ensure they can tolerate anesthesia and recover smoothly.

Tucker made the cut and is now on his way to a comfy recovery at home—extra cuddles highly recommended 💤💕

Double the sisters, double the brothers, and a whole lot of happy tails 🐾✨

Last week we had the sweetest crew in for their spay & neuter procedures—Frenchie sisters Mia and Dusty Rose, and corgi brothers Noodle and Benny 💕 These four handled everything like champs and are now on their way to healthier, happier futures!

Spaying and neutering not only helps prevent unwanted litters, but also supports long-term health and behavior. We’re so proud of these cuties and grateful to their families for making such a loving, responsible choice.

A couple of weeks ago, CAPS (Carolina Animal Protection Society Carolina Animal Protection Society (C.A.P.S.)) was contacted about a stray cat that needed care of a wound on his face. They brought him straight to us, where we found he had a microchip! 💕🐱

Simba had been missing for FOUR YEARS! This past weekend, CAPS was able to reunite him with his owner, who had since moved to Texas and drove 20 hours to come get him.

We love a reunion story - and are so glad that a microchip was able to bring these two back together. We are so happy that Simba is back home with his person. 😭🥲
