Taquito has her foundation in the fundamentals. Now we’re starting to layer in e-collar conditioning so she can take everything she’s learned and start living the life of freedom we’re building toward. 🐕‍🦺

Training isn’t just about teaching a dog how to listen. It’s about building the communication, reliability, and confidence that eventually allows them more freedom in everyday life.

One of the biggest questions we get: “Does my dog only learn to listen in the training building?”. The answer is Absolutely not!

Yes, we start small. A controlled environment gives us the opportunity to teach the skills without overwhelming the dog. But teaching is only the beginning. One of the important parts is proofing that training in the real world. New places. New distractions. New experiences. Real-life situations.

We don’t train dogs just to behave in our building. We train them for the life they’re going home to live!
