🐾 Meet Jonah Knox! 🐾
This adorable 3-month-old little man has completely stolen his foster mom’s heart—and it’s easy to see why! ❤️ Jonah is incredibly lovable, snuggly, and has mastered the art of giving the best puppy eyes in the world. 🥹
Jonah is just a tiny bit smaller than his brothers, but don’t let his size fool you! He has absolutely no trouble keeping up with the boys, learning the ropes, or jumping right into the middle of a good puppy play session. 🐶
He is currently working hard on his potty and crate training, has a great appetite, and is an all-around sweet and happy puppy. His gorgeous black brindle coat is a real showstopper when the sun hits it, and he has the cutest little swagger when he walks. 😍
We just know this special little guy is going to bring so much happiness to his forever family. Jonah is ready to find someone who will love him, guide him through puppyhood, and help him grow into the very best boy. ❤️🐾

🐾 Meet Huey Mason! 🐾
Huey may be our loudest puppy, but not because he barks… it’s because he snores! 😂💤 This little guy has quite the collection of sounds, and whether he’s relaxing or completely passed out in a deep sleep, it is honestly one of the most adorable things you’ll ever hear. ❤️
At just 3 months old, Huey is off to a great start! He is doing well with his potty and crate training, has a healthy appetite, and absolutely loves spending time with his furry foster siblings. He still has plenty to learn about being a puppy, but he’s already showing us that he’s headed in the right direction. 🐶
Huey has a bit of an independent streak and is perfectly happy entertaining himself. One of his favorite activities is tossing his toys into the air and catching them all on his own! 😂🧸 But he also loves getting in on the action with the other dogs in his foster home and enjoys spending time with his foster mom.
And then there are the snuggles. 🥰 Huey is especially cuddly when he’s sleepy. You can practically see it in his eyes when he’s ready to curl up with his person and drift off to sleep. There’s just something extra special about a sleepy puppy who wants nothing more than to be held. ❤️
Huey is a sweet, silly, affectionate little guy who is going to bring plenty of laughter, puppy antics, and snuggles to his forever home. We can’t wait to see where this adorable boy’s journey takes him! 🐾💙

🐾 Meet Grover! 🐾
Grover is a 3-month-old brown brindle Boston Terrier with a big personality packed into one very cute little body. From the moment he arrived at his foster home, he settled in like he’d always lived there. He shares his space with two much larger dogs and four cats without missing a beat, and he’s proving to be a pretty easygoing little dude.
Grover loves all the important puppy things: toys, chewing on bones, playing, and, when the mood strikes, snuggling up with his people. He’s got a fun independent streak and is perfectly happy entertaining himself. But don’t be surprised when he decides it’s time for attention and turns into a total snuggle bug!
He’s already doing great with house manners and heads toward the door when he needs to go potty. He’s also doing really well on a leash for such a young puppy and is getting the hang of walking with his people.
At night, Grover sleeps through the night in his crate, with just the tiniest bit of puppy protest at bedtime. He eats great, loves a good treat, and is learning all the things a growing puppy needs to know.
Grover is playful, confident, adaptable, and just plain fun. He’s got that classic Boston Terrier mix of “I can do this myself” independence and “okay, now come cuddle me.” 😂
This little brown brindle boy is going to make someone a fantastic companion. He’s still very much a puppy, so his forever family should be ready for the usual puppy antics and continued training, but Grover is off to an excellent start!

📣🐾 ACRA HAS A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! 🐾📣
We are thrilled to announce that three adorable Boston Terrier puppies have joined us in foster care—and they are ready to start looking for their forever families! ❤️
These three handsome boys are just 3 months old and came to ACRA as a breeder release. They are as sweet as can be and are already showing us just how smart they are! They’ve been learning from their furry foster siblings and bringing smiles and joy to everyone they meet. 🥰
But… they’re puppies! 🐶 And we all know that comes with a whole different playbook. Before you consider submitting an application, please keep these important things in mind:
🐾 Puppy schedules are no joke! These boys need to be let outside about every 3 hours, including during the night at times. 😴
🐾 Potty & crate training are a work in progress. They are still very young, and none of them has mastered either one during their short time with us. Patience, consistency, and lots of positive reinforcement will be needed!
🐾 Meet the mini sharks! 🦈 They are teething, which means puppy teeth, chewing, and all the fun that comes with it!
🐾 This is a long-term commitment. These adorable boys could be part of your family for 15–18 years. ❤️
🐾 Please research the breed. Boston Terriers are brachycephalic dogs, which means there are some special health and care considerations that potential adopters should understand before applying.
🐾 Resident dogs must be current on their veterinary care. All resident dogs must be up to date on vet visits and vaccines and currently receiving flea/tick and heartworm prevention for an application to be approved.
🐾 Local applications only at this time. ACRA is located in Western New York, and we are currently only accepting applications from local adopters.
These boys are absolutely adorable, but we want to make sure their forever families understand that puppyhood takes time, patience, commitment, and a whole lot of love. 🐾❤️

🐾😇New Angel Alert😇🐾

🐾 💜Meet Mimi! 🧡🐾
Mimi is an adorable 1-year-old Cockapoo who came to us from a commercial breeding facility and is now discovering just how wonderful life can be in a loving home. 💕
She is currently being spoiled by her foster mom, along with her two foster fur sisters, and she’s already coming out of her shell more and more each day!
Mimi is showing us what a special girl she is. She’s a great listener, brave little explorer, playful, and wonderfully independent. She loves exploring the house and yard, and she’ll happily entertain herself with just about every toy in the toy bin! 🧸🐶 When it’s time to relax, Mimi loves nothing more than sprawling out in the grass or stretching out on the cool floor.
And when it comes to people? Mimi loves everyone! ❤️ She has met lots of new faces along her journey, including men and young children, and she has been wonderful with them all.
This sweet girl is learning what it means to be a beloved companion, and we can’t wait to see her continue to blossom. Mimi is ready to find the forever family who will give her all the love, patience, and happy adventures she deserves. 🏡💗

We are trying to help the current owner of these two boys find their forever after their 💔heartbreaking loss. Deuce and Hades lost their owner a few month ago and were left in an abandoned home. They were taken in by a Good Samaritan and are with her until they can find a permanent placement.
Here is what we know about them:
🐶Hades: approximately 8 years old, weighs 90 pounds, neutered, UTD on 1 year vaccines, house trained, good with cats and kids, knows some basic commands, curious about other dogs, walks well on leash, loves to play in water, and has an adorable snore.
🐶Deuce: approximately 8 years old, weights 78 pounds, neutered, UTD on 1 year vaccines, house trained, good with cats and kids, knows some basic commands, curious about other dogs, walks well on leash, likes to bite at water from the hose, curls up in a ball and will snooze right next to you.
Their current owner does not think they need to go to the same home but does note that they do not need to be placed together but would both appreciate a home with a dog friend.
