Training struggles? Behavior questions? New dog settling in? Or maybe you just want to understand what your dog is trying to tell you?

Award-winning dog trainer Nancy Frensley from Berkeley Humane’s Train the Bay will be at Bark (& Meow) Around the Block this Saturday!

Stop by the Train the Bay booth, say hello and bring your dog-training questions. Nancy can talk with you about behavior, training challenges, building better communication with your dog and the classes available through Train the Bay.

Whether you’re working on the basics or trying to figure out one very specific “why on earth does my dog do THAT?” behavior, this is your chance to talk with one of the best.

And while you’re there, explore everything else happening across two huge blocks of Bark (& Meow) Around the Block!

Bark (& Meow) Around the Block is packed with things to do for the whole crew, including face painting for the kids!

While you’re meeting adoptable animals, exploring the vendors, grabbing food and enjoying the street fair, stop by and add a little extra color to the day.

Dogs, cats, food, music, shopping, activities and yes, possibly a butterfly, superhero or full-face masterpiece before you head home.

TURN IT UP, BERKELEY. 🎶🐾

Bark (& Meow) Around the Block isn’t just bringing hundreds of adoptable animals to West Berkeley. We’re bringing the soundtrack, too.

Our DJ will be spinning throughout the day, keeping two blocks of adoptions, food, drinks, shopping and celebration moving from 10 AM to 4 PM.

So while you’re meeting adoptable pets, grabbing something to eat, checking out the vendors or making your way to the beer, wine and cocktail garden, expect a little music along the way.

Because apparently 300+ adoptable pets weren’t enough of a reason to throw a party.

We’ve been talking about it. NBC Bay Area is talking about it. And in TWO DAYS, we’re taking over two blocks of West Berkeley.

300+ adoptable pets.
