Dr. Smith is half Irish and half Polish, but this little pup is still a mystery. Anyone want to venture a guess on Poppy's mix? We're patiently waiting on her DNA test results. At 12 weeks old, she only weighs 6 lbs! The shelter said she was a dachshund mix, but her legs are quite long.

We now have a federal anti-cruelty statute that will allow us to crack down on some of the worst and most malicious acts of animal cruelty, including crushing, burning, drowning, suffocating and impaling live animals and sexually exploiting them.
