✨ Exciting Leadership Update! ✨

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Jean Heppner on her new role as Chief of Staff at Northwest Veterinary Hospital! 🎉

Many of you already know Dr. Heppner from North Austin Animal Hospital, where she has been providing exceptional care since 2014. With over 12 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge, mentorship, and dedication to advancing patient care and clinical excellence.

Her interests include surgery, dermatology, geriatric medicine, wound care, and ultrasonography—and she’s passionate about supporting both her team and the pets we serve every day. ❤️🐾

Outside the hospital, Dr. Heppner enjoys the outdoors, concerts, and travel. She also gives back by volunteering with local shelters and participating in spay/neuter initiatives worldwide. At home, she stays busy with her pets—Betty, Bob, Carl, and Dixie!
