New Hope Equine Assisted Therapy

New Hope Equine Assisted Therapy New Hope Equine Assisted Therapy provides therapeutic horseback riding services for people with a wide variety of disabilities.

Our program is designed to bring hope, healing and happiness to our riders through encouraging the horse and human connection. Therapeutic riding uses the natural movement of the horse, and the unique connection between horse and rider to promote well-being and strengthening to people with physical and mental disabilities, emotional and behavioral issues and PTSD. It is clinically proven to result in improvement for many children and adults on the autism spectrum.

Congrats to New Hope’s July 2026 VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH, Shelly! 🥳

Shelly has gone above and beyond all summer! From hosing horses down and doing evening hay to regularly helping with lessons, she is always willing to step in when we need her—even at the last minute!

We are so grateful for Shelly's dedication, reliability, and big heart for our horses and riders!
