As we wrap up a beautiful, busy spring filled with Valentine’s Day, weeks of prom flowers, Mother’s Day, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, showers, celebrations of life, and so many meaningful moments in between… I find myself especially thankful for the slower moments too.

This morning was spent out in the flower field — earbuds in, laughing along to one of my favorite podcasts, — trying to bring a little order to the beautiful chaos Mother Nature has created in our little corner of the world.

And honestly, I’m just incredibly thankful for this beautiful, messy, crazy life.

One of the hardest parts of owning a small business rooted in community is letting good people go when seasons change.

Early on, Alissa shared that they were unexpectedly expecting baby #3, and I truly appreciated her honesty and transparency. She promised to help through May, and she kept that promise during one of our busiest seasons.

Her last day felt a little bittersweet around here. We’re so thankful for the care, help, and laughter she brought into the studio, and we’re wishing her growing family all the very best in this beautiful new chapter. 💐🌸
