🐍🌿 DID YOU KNOW?

The animals at Critter Worx aren't just here to be admired. They're here to help educate and inspire! ❤️

Many of our animals serve as educational ambassadors, helping visitors learn about wildlife, responsible animal care, and species they might never encounter otherwise!

From overcoming a fear of snakes to holding a reptile for the very first time, we love seeing curiosity turn into appreciation! 🦎🐢

We believe education is one of the most powerful tools in animal conservation, and that's a huge part of why Critter Worx exists!

🍂 Hello, November! 🐾

October was an incredible month for Ready Set Rescue and Critter Worx, filled with wonderful people, unforgettable experiences, and so many opportunities to share our love for animals with the community.

As we enter the season of gratitude, we're reminded just how fortunate we are to have so many people supporting what we do.

Whether you've visited Critter Worx, volunteered your time, donated, shared our posts, or simply cheered us on, you're part of this journey. ❤️

Here's to another month of making memories, sharing knowledge, and making a difference for animals in need.

Happy November, everyone! 🧡

🐍🌿 DID YOU KNOW?

We get asked all the time if Critter Worx is a pet store or a petting zoo, but we're actually something a little different! ❤️

Critter Worx: A Wild Encounter is an interactive animal education exhibit where visitors can meet incredible animals, learn about their unique behaviors, and even enjoy supervised hands-on encounters with some of our ambassadors! 🦎🐢

But here's the best part!

Critter Worx is a fundraiser for Ready Set Rescue, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue! 🐾 Every admission helps us continue rescuing, rehabilitating, and caring for animals in need.

So when you visit, you're not just having fun and learning about wildlife. You're helping us make a difference! ❤️

🎃❤️ CANYON, YOU DID IT AGAIN!!

What an incredible night at Halloween Spooktacular! Hundreds of families came out to meet our animals, and we had over 350 giveaway entries in just two hours! 🐍🐾

This was our second year attending, and it's easily one of our favorite events of the entire year. There's just something special about the Canyon community!

A HUGE thank you to Canyon Main Street and the City of Canyon, TX for welcoming us back, all the wonderful businesses that contributed to our giveaways, our absolute amazing team, and every family who stopped by!

We had an absolute blast and hope to be back for year THREE! ❤️🎃

🐰❤️ EVERYONE, MEET ASPEN! 🤎

This adorable little fluffball is Aspen, our sweet female Holland Lop who recently joined the Ready Set Rescue family! Just look at those floppy ears and that precious face! 🥹🐾

🐇 Fun bunny fact: Did you know rabbits do a little jump and twist in the air when they're happy? It's called a binky, and it's basically their version of a happy dance!

We're so excited to introduce this sweet girl to everyone! Welcome to the family, Aspen! ❤️

A HUGE thank you to the Amarillo Zoo & Sanctuary for welcoming us back for our second year! We genuinely love this event and appreciate all the work your team puts into making it such a fun experience for our community.

A special thank you to Bubba's 33 - Amarillo, TX for joining us Thursday night, our incredible staff and volunteers for all their hard work, and every single family who stopped by to say hello!
