This past year, we’ve been away for a deeply personal reason.

Mario’s stepdad was battling dementia, and his mom was fighting brain cancer. We stepped back from everything to be there for them—to care for them, support them, and spend as much time together as possible.

In the span of 11 months, we lost them both.

It’s been an incredibly difficult time, and we’re still finding our way through the grief. But we’re grateful we were able to be present for them in their final chapters.

We also want to say thank you—to everyone who reached out, supported us, or simply gave us the space we needed. Your kindness and understanding have meant more than we can put into words.

We’re slowly coming back, and we truly appreciate you being here.

Thank you all who visitied our booth at the Wasatch Reptile Expo in SLC! Congratulations to these proud new Chameleon owners who we know will love these amazing creatures as much as we do! There are a few families missing from here that we were unable to get pictures of but I hope they show them off as much as we have at the show!

I would like the public opinion... chameleons that have a birth defect (kissy lips) or a nip tail from a sibling biting it as a baby do they deserve a loving home too or should we hide them away in a cage to never get the chance at love? Or maybe we should put them to sleep because they are not perfect? They are healthy just a physical defect .. We sold one at a show last week for $100 because I wanted it to have a chance for love and the lady LOVES him... these are the comments I'm getting and it breaks my heart that these people would be so heartless .. I'm thinking of the chameleon... not the money.

What should I do?? What is the opinion of the chameleon lovers?
