Making a Difference!! These 2 seniors were sitting at the city shelter---both strays. It is hard for seniors to leave. ☹️ So thankful that an out of state rescue took them❣️ Hershel and I got to take a little road trip yesterday to meet the rescue! Both have lots of love to still give!! 🥰

Happy Saturday!
Teamwork is what it took to save the group this week! Gracie's and PPOH are working together to save this mom and pups and Cassel. Cassel was just vetted, and we will get everyone health certificates and leaving on the 11th. Puppies are so much work, but they always bring a smile to your face and warm your heart! 💓💓💓
Knowing that they will all have a second chance makes it worthwhile❣️

It takes so many to get our dogs out of state--shelter employees, groomers, vets, transporters, rescue partners..... We appreciate all of them so that these precious lives have a second chance!

Still working on getting Romeo and Happy tagged. 🙏
While everyone is praying that a rescue steps up, start making a phone call to local and state representatives to get a spay/neuter law passed. Doesn't matter how many rescues there are, it is going to take action on behalf of government to make a difference. Meanwhile, municipal shelters, rescues, etc, take the blunt of this tragic situation. I can tell you it is taking a toll on all of us. 😢😢😢
