Kia ora all,

The time has come for us to increase both our grooming and daycare prices in the near future. While we have delayed this as long as possible, it has reached an unsustainable point. Additionally, we will be adding hand stripping to our grooming services and a new 2-hour daycare option for grooming dogs.

We understand that it is a hard time financially for a lot of people right now; However, to continue serving you and your dogs, this is necessary to stay afloat. We thank you all for your continued support and for trusting us with your dogs for both grooming and daycare. We hope to see you soon!

WE ARE OPEN
Thank you, everyone, for your understanding. The pipe and resulting leaks are now fixed, and we have spent the day getting everything dried out! So we WILL be open tomorrow as normal!

Welcome to The Barking Lot Dog daycare & groomers!

The Barking Lot is Wellington’s most central daycare, grooming & training facility. We welcome dogs of all breeds & work with each dog at their own pace to ensure they settle quickly into daycare environment.

We know your pup is a valued member of your family & we aim to care for & love them just as much as you do!
