Is your horse showing signs of gastric ulcers?

Common signs can include:
• Poor performance
• Weight loss or difficulty maintaining condition
• Poor appetite
• Girthiness or behavioural changes
• Recurrent mild colic
• Dull coat or poor topline

A gastroscope examination is the gold standard for diagnosing gastric ulcers and allows us to assess the severity and location of any lesions.

Lady Florence & Queen Cleopatra's Big Day!

These two gorgeous girls, Lady Florence and Queen Cleopatra, visited us this week for their desexing (spey) procedures. Both were absolute stars and are now recovering comfortably at home. 💙

🌟 SUPERSTAR PATIENTS OF THE WEEK 🌟

We’ve had some very special visitors through the clinic this week!

🐶 George (top left) came in to see Vet Andrew for his puppy vaccination and health check. We think you'll agree he's absolutely adorable!

🐱 Coco (top right) had a little adventure of her own after wandering away from home. Thankfully, she was brought into the clinic and we were able to reunite her with her very relieved owners. Coco's family would like to extend a huge thank you to the kind members of the public who fed her and helped get her safely to the clinic.

🐱 Kyle (bottom left), our gorgeous blind kitten, visited Vet Andrew for his vaccination. Kyle has settled beautifully into his new home, where he has a feline friend he absolutely adores and a fantastic catio to explore.

🐴 Denver (middle & bottom right) was in with Vet Andrew for a dental procedure. Don't forget, our dental promotion is running throughout this month, so now is a great time to book your horse in for a dental check-up!

Puppy cuddle overload!

These lovely Husky puppies came into the clinic this week to see Vet Natalie for their first vaccinations and health checks. We are pleased to report they were all happy, healthy, and very brave patients!

As you can see, Holly and Mikayla couldn't resist stopping for a cuddle with this gorgeous bunch before they headed home.
