Arlo came for 3 weeks coming up two years ago now. He had all the groundwork and a few rides.
A quick lunge and climbed aboard and he hadn’t forgotten a thing.
This was our second ride back yesterday.

I like to try and have a day a week when each horse has a trotting day in the Pessoa system.
Why?
There are many benefits… here are just a few.
*Encouraging the horse to engage from behind
*stimulating core muscle activation, which can improve posture and stride.
*Exercise without the added weight of a rider
*Trotting is the ideal gait to condition and strengthen soft tissues such as muscles and tendons.
