Many thanks to those who are still collecting bottles and cans for us.
We really appreciate it and are happy to tell you our total is now €8,790.
We still have some cans and bottles that have not been put through but we felt it was time for an update.

TODAY! TODAY! TODAY! THE KWWSPCA MUSIC DAY ON SATURDAY, 6 DECEMBER, IN THE WHITEWATER SHOPPING CENTRE

The KWWSPCA is hosting a Music Day in the Whitewater Shopping Centre TODAY Saturday, 6 December, from 10.00 – 5.00 and it will also be selling its 2026 Charity Calendars throughout the day. There will be music and dancing all day and a chance for shoppers to support a very worthy cause. Robbie Fallon will be our Master of Ceremonies and the day will feature the Cill Dara Figure Dancing Class, the Choir of the Friends of the KWWSPCA Animal Shelter and John's Boot Leggers (Line Dancing). Come along and enjoy the entertainment.

We started our Kitty Angel appeal 2 years ago as a way of helping people to decide on a New Years Resolution.

We invite you to join us for January 2026 by donating the price of a cup of tea or coffee once a week.
To those who have signed up in the past and who may have stayed with us Thank you 🥰

KITTY ANGELS 👼
A lot of people want to help and ask us what do we need. Sometimes that can be hard to answer without going into large sums of money so we are asking people to become Kitty Angels.
From 1st January we are asking people to donate €10 per month
through a bank standing order.
This will allow you to control your donation and it will allow us to have funds ready when we do need something.
I know over the next few years we will be fundraising to kit out the new cat shelter that is planned as part of the new KWWSPCA Animal Rescue Centre based in Kildare and this would be a great way to get ahead and help on a regular basis.

Come on down to the White Water this Saturday 6th December and enjoy the entertainment.
Rock and Roll, Line Dancing, Irish Dancing and Choirs.
Sing and Dance to your hearts content all local talent giving their time free to help the animals in our care.🎄

Baby Lyndsy
Poor Baby Lyndsy came in to us last April and has been through the mill since then.
She had been scalded with boiling water and her poor back was raw.
With TLC from Pauline, and the outstanding care of Newbridge Veterinary Clinic she has finally started to recover.
In the middle of all this trauma she had 5 kittens which she successfully raised and who were adopted by Pauline and her husband Sean (you can’t have too many cats) so the whole family are still together.
It is a sad but lovely story of kindness, determination and bravery and one we will remember for a long time.
Thank you to all those who were and are part of her journey. 🥰
