About the farm

Kia Ora Mini Farm first opened its doors in 1991. Maura O’Donohoe saw an opening for families, schools and groups to visit farm animals and learn about them and the farm was born. Kia Ora is a maori greeting which means be well or welcome. As a small family run business we are seeking to exceed customer expectations and provide a fun family day out for all ages at our open farm and activity centre in Gorey, Wexford. Maura’s son Padraig came into the business in 2008 and now oversees the day to day running and management.
