✨ Meet Major 😍. A Gentle Soul Looking for His Forever Home ✨
Last weekend beautiful brindle boy Major arrived in his loving foster home. His sweet nature and easy going spirit immediately began to shine 🤗. He has settled beautifully into home life, taking each new experience in stride with quiet confidence. He even surprised his foster family with a joyful roach on just his first week 🤗, a true sign of trust and comfort! Major's foster mum describes him saying "He is a gentle dog and very happy to go with the flow."
🐾 A few of Major’s wonderful qualities:
💤 Sleeps soundly through the night after a little settling in
🚶 Walks nicely on the lead and loves a good sniff along the way
🐶 Gets along beautifully with other dogs and even shares beds
🏡 Toilet trained with only one little accident his very first morning
🍽️ No signs of food or toy guarding and happily eats his meals
🧺 A quirky little collector who likes to carry objects back to his lair
🛋️ Loves the sofa and dog beds and will happily snooze nearby
💖 Affectionate and enjoys rubs and gentle pets
🐾 Curious but calm when meeting other dogs out and about
🎆 Alert to loud noises but not fearful and unfazed by traffic
🪥 Patient for teeth brushing and paw care

Major has been an absolute gentleman in foster care. He gets along seamlessly with his foster brother Bingley, happily sharing space, walks and meal time. His foster mum describes him as obliging, affectionate and very low maintenance ❤️🐾.
Major is a gentle soul and the kind of hound who will quietly keep you company, wag his tail in greeting when you walk in and nudge you gently with his cold wet nose to let you know he wants more rubs 🤗.
