Vaccination provides the best defence against influenza for not only your own horse, but every horse in the national herd.

📈 With flu outbreak numbers currently very high, we strongly recommend moving to a six-monthly vaccination booster schedule if you’re planning outings with your horse where they’ll mingle with unfamiliar equines.

💉 Alternatively, you could consider bringing your annual vaccination forward if it’s been longer than six months since the previous one was administered, which would provide the most effective protection during this time.
