FINALLY…….!!
We have confirmation of the start date for our house renovations…..🏡 👷

*28th September 2026!*

This means that YES finally the 2026 diary 📔 is officially OPEN! 🎉🎊🕺🥳

*PLEASE READ*

~We anticipate work taking 5-6 months 😩 Trying to see the bigger picture 🙈😂 It’ll be brilliant once completed and will be an improved environment for your gorgeous pups.
We will try and ensure as little disruption as possible for everyone as best as we can.
All dogs will be kept well away from any building works. They will as usual be in a safe, secure, loving and fun environment ❤️
Further details regarding changes to drop off/collections etc will follow nearer the time.
*DAYCARE will be unaffected as we will be using the double garage as the daycare room*
*BOARDING we will have to use the front of the house once they ‘knock through’ the back rooms, otherwise unaffected.
We will try and keep it ‘business as usual’ as best we can.

(For OUR time off)

~January 25th - February 1st
~May 1st - 4th
~June 13th - 16th
~October 17th/18th
~December 25th/26th
(Possibly 31st/1st)

*Please send all dates for 2026 via WhatsApp. We will then send out confirmation via email. Please bear with me as I’m sure I’ll be inundated! I will be starting to reply tomorrow….would like to make the most of what’s left of the bank holiday ☀️ 😂

*PLEASE NOTE! I will not be able to ‘pencil you in’ I’m afraid. They must be definite bookings.
There’s been a few occasions this year of people dropping out of their bookings very close to the time and others have missed out because of this and a loss of revenue for us.
I always try to be fair to everyone and work on a trust basis and only take deposits from new clients. So please ensure you keep your bookings or give as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your booking. Failure to do this and you will unfortunately occur a cancellation fee.

‼️IMPORTANT‼️

Please remember to keep your dog’s up to date with their vaccinations which INCLUDES KENNEL COUGH.
(I know we are NOT kennels but in-home boarders but this is an important requirement as if contracted, it would close us down for weeks.)
Sadly we had to refuse someone recently due to not having their KC administered for nearly two years!
Also, it’s a licensing requirement for us to retain your dog’s vaccination cards while they are boarding with us.
PLEASE remember to bring them along, as my menopause brain 🤯sometimes makes me forget to remind you 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😂
