A fantastic 2025 Breed Show, absolutely delighted with 2 x 1st and a 2nd, but even more so how these two (father and son) boys behaved.

Showing a yearling c**t is never the easiest, especially at their first overnight stay away show, but the homework paid off with this young man who kept all four feet on the floor, behaved like a star and trotted out better than i could have ever hoped for in the ring.

Dad, Quinn in his first season under saddle went beautifully and we dare to hope the ring concentration is kicking into place. All credit to Laura Wells for doing a super job with him, so proud of them both.

Congratulations to absolutely everyone, a fantastic breed show, with huge thanks to everyone involved.

Happy to follow me anywhere and will often lead the way. Living up the road at the farm now it's a great education playground.

I like to see a youngster go forward to investigate anything they are not sure of rather than freeze up or try to turn away. Confident curiosity rather than fear, a sign that they will go on to be a super child's pony under saddle.

So pleased with my recently broken stallion, 6yr old Elsonway Lunar Equinox at the Shetland Performance show.

Only his second show under saddle and his first stay away show, stabled next to mares too.

Still some concentration issues in the ring to work on but he behaved beautifully all weekend and grew so much in confidence thanks to Laura Wells who is doing such a super job giving him the best possible foundations.

With just a little hand to help deliver her, this little girl brought a tear to my eye when she appeared.

Everything all in one package I dreamed of 🥰 and the friendliest of little ones too with Claire, the perfect new mum even pushing her towards me yesterday to share her.

Just over 3 weeks at Walker breaking camp now and his first ever Canter.

I could not be more happy with how one of my stud stallions, Elsonway Lunar Equinox (Shelcroft Cloudy x Zennor Esme) is coming along.

He's not put a foot wrong and I'm very excited to see what the future holds for this young man.
