A bit of a misty morning here in thornbury and forecast for this afternoon is saying 24 degrees

Exhibitors we have just been made aware that a change to the vetting in times hasn’t gone into print.

Doors at Thornbury Leisure Centre don’t open till 8am so no entry to the halls will be possible before this time. We will need a few minutes to get our vets ready to accept your cats. As the weather is forecast to be 🌞 we don’t want anyone to be waiting too long outside so please plan your arrival time accordingly.

See you all on Saturday.

All those who entered shows today and didn't get the result they expected or those who gained a title and wished they had entered the shows at Thornbury on 23rd May, jotform is still open, sneak an entry in before the entries are closed tomorrow at 5pm We can add your cat to a second show if you only entered the one. We have a good entry but always like to challenge our judges 😄

If you are already entered and gained a new title let us know so that we can upgrade your entry to a higher class.

Thank you to all our exhibitors for attending the show yesterday. Thanks also to our judges and stewards who had some big classes to get through. Thanks also to our hard working table workers processing the results to get certificates written and rosettes on pens. Thank you also to our penning people MF Penning who without them we would not of been able to get the show off the ground. Thanks also to the veterinary team who vetted in all our cats. See you all again next year.

IMPORTANT Notice to exhibitors - owners please ensure you have clipped your cat’s claws prior to vetting in. None of our veterinary personnel are responsible for cutting your cat’s claws. Failure to clip them will result in you having to clip them in an area outside of the show hall and then return to vetting in. It is the owners responsibility to clip claws not our vet’s. Vetting in is a busy period of the show and we are not risking injury to cats, owners or our vets. Please see the GCCF’s guide on claws -
