Good morning,
It’s not easy having to post negative things but we just need to remind customers of our policies and the fact they are there to protect the business. Upon booking you will be asked to agree the cancellations and no-show policy, we require 48 hours to cancel or change your appointment so we can try our best to fill the slot.
We understand things can change last minute and always try our best to accommodate everyone as much as we can, but unfortunately it’s not always possible. These policies are in place for a reason, we have our own bills to pay, salon expenses, and staff wages. If you turned up to work but were told you’re not going to be paid for 2 hours and also can’t leave, you wouldn’t be very happy.
If you can’t agree to these terms then please do not book, we hate having to be negative but these things need to be spoken about. Furry Fades Dog Services will also not tolerate any disrespectful comments towards any member of staff when policies are upheld. Please remember we are still people with emotions.
