Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share a little update. As some of you already know, during my pregnancy I’ve unfortunately developed a new dog allergy alongside severe skin issues, which has made day-to-day grooming very difficult.

I have now reached a point where I need to take a step back and focus on my health and well-being. I will need to reorganise some upcoming appointments over the next few weeks while I adjust how I’m working as I’ll be stepping back slightly from hands-on grooming, focusing more on managing the salon and continuing Phoebe’s training, while she takes the lead on more grooms.

Phoebe has come on so well and I’ll still be closely involved behind the scenes to make sure everything stays to the high standard you’re used to.

If you’re contacted about moving your appointment, I really appreciate your patience and understanding while I work around this. I’m doing everything I can to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

✨ Exciting News ✨

We wanted to share that Gemma is expecting her first baby, due in August 2026 🍼

Once maternity starts (around August time), all grooming appointments will be carried out by Phoebe, who is now fully qualified and doing exceptionally well. Phoebe has already been grooming your dogs for some time, with Gemma doing the finishing touches, so you can feel completely confident that there will be no change in the quality or care your dogs receive 🐶✨

To avoid missing out on appointments, we kindly ask that everyone keeps 1–2 grooms booked in advance, as spaces will be more limited during this time.

Gemma will be returning to work part-time gradually once she is ready, and we will keep you all updated along the way.
