📢 Good news — we are now back open! 🐾

For the time being we’ll be working from the back room only due to the ongoing maintenance in the front room.

All clients who had appointments cancelled over the past week will be given priority for rescheduling. Please get in touch with your availability and we will do our best to get you rebooked as soon as possible.

To ensure safety and a smooth process:
• Please only arrive at your specified appointment time.
• Wait in our rear car park until we come to collect your dog.
• For the next 1–2 weeks, while the front room is being repaired, we will only be seeing regular clients who have missed appointments in the last 7 days.
• We will open back up to new clients when the front room is fully accessible.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we get the premises comfortable again. 🩵🐾

Unfortunately, due to ongoing essential works at the salon, we will need to remain closed on Monday and Tuesday next week, and possibly longer into the week. We are contacting all affected customers directly to rearrange appointments.

📢 Temporary Closure Notice

Due to essential maintenance works at the salon, we will be closed from tomorrow 16th September. Your dogs’ comfort and safety are always our top priority, and we’ll be contacting clients with bookings on a day-by-day basis to rearrange appointments. A few of you may be aware of the problems we have been having in our salon and with our landlord. We’re posting this to be as transparent as possible in case we move suddenly, we are urgently looking for a new premesis so if anyone sees anything around Worcester/Worcestershire please do drop us a message.

Hi everyone!
We hope you’re all having a lovely week so far 🌼

Just a quick message to touch base on something we’ve been experiencing more often in the salon lately.

✨ Arrivals: Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. We’ve had a number of clients turning up 25, 30—even 40 minutes early—which can really disrupt the flow of our day. We’re often mid-groom with other dogs and unable to take yours in early, and early arrivals can cause unnecessary stress and distraction for the dogs already in the salon.

✨ Collections: Likewise, please don’t arrive before your collection time. As lovely as it is to see your dog excited to see you, it can make it difficult—and even unsafe—for us to finish their groom properly. Imagine trying to trim your dog after you get home to them, using scissors on a wiggly, overexcited pup is not ideal for anyone!

✨ Lateness: Please try your best to be on time. We understand that things happen, so just give us a quick call if you’re running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may mean we can’t complete the groom and it may be classed as a no-show.

🚨PLEASE READ🚨

Just a quick PSA for anyone who may have an appointment next week. The salon is closed this coming Friday due to Gemma tending to a personal medical situation, there is a possibilty she will need more time off next week though we are hoping this won’t be the case.

We are just pre-warning in case we need to reschedule any appointments, replies may take longer, please be respectful during this time.
