Easton the Suffolk Punch rubbed noses with local Celebrity Mascots this week at the Suffolk Show when they took part in the Mascot Race...
When the Press asked Easton how he was, he replied "I love getting together with my friends. Bluey and Crazy from Ipswich were as cheeky as ever, Stow-Martian and the others were having a bit of horse play with me. I especially want to thank Pudsey for coming along, I know he's really busy right now... Can't wait for next year!!"

Breaking news... It is official, recent polls amongst the fairy folk have voted Easton Farm Park the " best place in the Kingdom for fairies to live".
As a result, Fairy house prices have shot up in the Woodland setting on the farm. The desirable location in the heart of the countryside, coupled with all the fun they can have on the farm, is making it a real hit.
Farmer Fi has said "We are delighted that the Fairies have chosen to make this their home... they are a little shy at the moment but if you come along this Half-term, you may be lucky to get a glimpse of one".

Easton Farm Park welcomed a team of Volunteers from UK Power Networks recently, who worked with the team here to create a Fairy Village in the woodland area of the farm.
A huge thank you, to Laura, Paige, Abbie, Rhi, Nat, Amy, Kim, Ree, Lesley and Steph who did an amazing job clearing, chopping and preparing the site for the new development of fairy Houses... and the Fairies have already moved in!!
The Volunteers were given a brief and were allowed to create their very own "des res" for the fairies, some even had grand staircases and swimming pools. Each one is truly unique and worth coming to see. If you are very quiet, you may even spot a Fairy flying around the woodland.

If you, or your team would like to volunteer at Easton Farm Park, please contact [email protected] and we will have a chat about the volunteering opportunities available.

🐏🐑
Sheep have horizontal pupils: Sheep have rectangular slits that grant an expansive 270–320 degree field of vision to spot predators.
They have amazing eye rotation and when grazing, their eyes automatically rotate to stay parallel with the horizon..
The internal anatomy of their eyes like the cornea, iris, lens, and vitreous humor—closely mirrors the human eye and they have helped doctors learn about how the eye works

The Willow Trees on Easton Farm Park land were planted to provide wood for cricket bats and an income for the farm to enable us to continue with the running of the farm park.
You can clearly see the rings on the inside of the bark, which represent one year of growth. They grow so much quicker than many native species, which makes them ideal for wood production.
Willows, because of their lack of dense foliage and leaves, are rarely used by nesting birds. The area will soon be full of new growth, wild plants and flowers will populate and wildlife will benefit from increased ground cover.
The Willow Barn Cafe was named after the Willow Tree to everyone.
