Chester 👏 what a star 🌟

From four 1-1 sessions, the last two being stooge classes 📝

Being obsessive with other dogs so that he can’t turn away 👀

To holding his own in a class situation 🤓

✅ Heelwork around other dogs 🧑‍🎓
✅ Calmly watching other dogs run and retrieve 👀
✅ Recall past other dogs 💨
✅ And look at him not giving up to find his retrieve in the grass, returning straight to mum! 💪

Now he’s ready to join classes!

It is so good to challenge the dogs to do things together and have their expectations changed so that they have to really concentrate!

Putting skills together for real life with more than one dog

🐾 exploring how types of rewards change when dogs are together & finding new solutions - Jack Russell family you never fail to bring on the challenge 💪

1-1 sessions give YOU the chance to learn the skills that YOU need to help your dog during distracting times

THEN we can add suitable stooge dogs while you put those skills into practice in a controlled manner

Chester absolutely smashing his 1-1 sessions!

Previously he’s been obsessed with other dogs and can’t cope when he’s around them

Chester’s mum also being a brilliant handler!

Sometimes you just need to pause ⏸️

After a busy and difficult couple of days 🤯

The dogs can also benefit from pausing ⏸️

And having some thoughtfulness before their turn to fetch 🎾

Quiet play, incorporating training and self control while they wait…. Them, not me … obv … 🍷

I think this is a game that will suit some class members….. mentioning no names! 🤐🫢🤣
