“Absolutely amazing service provided by these 2 ladies. Our little girl Cassie had a stroke aged
17. It was heartbreaking. We didn't know where to turn.
Lizzie and Amy turned up and turned what was an incredibly painful situation into a peaceful and loving moving on for Cassie.
Lots of tears but nothing but love, professionalism and caring from these two wonderful ladies. We can't thank you enough.”

“We had to say goodbye to our wonderful dog Sybil in Feb. We knew she was poorly and it was terminal but one day, she went downhill very quickly. I cannot fault Autumn Tails in any way at all. They were amazing with my wife over the phone when she called and were flexible making appointment times to see us later that day. They were SO good with ourselves and Sybil when they visited. Everything was explained clearly, they were caring and compassionate to us all and all the little things during and afterwards were done SO right. On that day all pet owners know will come, their calm and caring manner clearly showed we were in very good hands”
