1. Socialisation isn’t about meeting every dog
2. Sleep is just as important as exercise
3. You don’t need to constantly entertain your puppy, feeling bored and being able to switch off is an important skill
4. Reward the behaviours you want to see more of
5. Building confidence allows us to then build obedience
