That Dog Walking Guy Our usual days out consists of long walk through rural fields, playing with an assortment of fun squ I would like to help!

Our dogs are sociable animals.They are happiest when around their family or friends. They also become very anxious or insecure when left alone for long periods of time which in many cases leads to all sorts of problems. Most dogs just need a bit of company and fuss to keep them happy, so leaving them on their own can feel unfair. Even left outside for the duration of your busy day at work can be t

ough on them. from regular daily walks to holiday cover, i can be a friend to your best friend! Our usual days out consists of long walk through rural fields, playing with an assortment of fun squeeky toys and making sure they get the exercise they need!

We’re all good to go in the hot weather predicted this week.

It’s worth remembering that the temperatures shown on weather forecasts are usually the hottest point of the day, typically around 2pm-3pm. 🐶 we base our policy in the predicted temperatures before 2pm-3pm.

Our hot weather policy:

☀️ 25°C-29°C�We implement a ball and over-exertion play ban but allow the dogs to self-regulate their own play. We spend much more time in the shade, under the canopies, and in the pools, enjoying foam parties and also lots more treat parties and calming foraging-style games. We continuously wet the dogs throughout the day and encourage plenty of water play.

☀️ 30°C-35°C�We spend most of our time either in the shade, indoors, or in the pools. All play is limited and carefully managed.
☀️ Health, age & wellbeing�We always consider the health, age, breed, and general wellbeing of every dog. Those who fit higher-risk criteria may have their sessions cancelled.

☀️ 35°C+�A partial or complete closure is considered and implemented. Only dogs who would otherwise be left alone for extended periods may be considered to attend, and their day would consist primarily of shade, splash pools, and short periods of supervised water play. We may close and drop dogs off earlier than our usual times.

This isn’t our first rodeo in a heatwave. We’ve successfully operated and implemented this hot weather policy for over 12 years, with the safety of pups and people always being our top priority. 👌
