Early starts, shady woodland trails and plenty of water breaks this week 🐾

While the temperatures have been high, we've been adjusting walk times, sticking to cooler woodland routes and keeping things slow and sensible where needed.

Still plenty of sniffing, exploring and happy tails though 😊

With the warmer weather over the next few days, we may make some adjustments to walk times so dogs can be walked during the cooler parts of the day where possible ☀️🐾

We’ll be sticking to shaded woodland routes, carrying plenty of water, slowing the pace where needed, and building in extra rest/sniff breaks during walks.

If temperatures do keep climbing, we may shorten walks or switch to pop-in visits where appropriate and will message owners individually if needed.

If any changes are needed to your dog’s usual walk time, we’ll contact you directly.

As always, dog welfare comes first 😊

It's not just the pups that are on parade at the moment, ticks are enjoying the (nice?) May weather too ☀️🌧️

After every adventure we always give dogs a tick check, but it’s important to do a thorough check at home too, especially around ears, collars, armpits, toes and tail area.

Ticks can be tiny and easy to miss, but early removal matters.

A tick twister can be a really handy tool to keep at home for safe removal too 👍
