When booking your pets in for surgery with us, our team will give you a set admit appointment and, later in the day, a discharge appointment once your pet has recovered. This is crucial to ensure we can run the day efficiently and provide undivided attention to your pet when they need it most. We understand there may always be variable circumstances that affect your journey, often with road closures or heavy traffic, but can we please ask if there any issues with the appointment time we’ve agreed on, you contact us and speak to a member of our team so we can plan accordingly.
