Client notice…….

I have certain policies in place to protect my business and my time and I absolutely love having you all in but sadly I have had a few issues this week with matted dogs and it taking me more time to groom your dogs. I am soft as clarts when it comes to charging extra unless it’s really bad. I am however made to run behind and not only does this mess my full day but as you all know I have a second evening job and I cannot run late some evenings, I will be enforcing this charge and as always enforce a 48 hour notice or full groom charge policy I do have. One of my regulars give me less than 15 minutes to replace a dog this week that is not possible I do have cancellation lists but cannot message all clients and get someone in within that short time frame.

Sorry to have to add this again but if I don’t keep these enforced I may have to close my doors and it’s not something I want to do as i truly love coming in the salon everyday.

I have fell out with TikTok today guys 🤯😭 had this beautiful little girl Blossom her older sister Lily and Uncle Bailey and the stupid thing has disappeared because I didn’t click save in drafts before I’ve updated 😭😭 I got this photo of our Taz and Blossom as they are the same age pretty much by a few days between. Hey guys just to let you all know I’m open tomorrow usually don’t but it fell on regular grooms so the full day is booked out open 9am-3pm no walk in clients for nail clips unfortunately as I’m quite busy 💙🐾

Enjoying some chill time for once after dropping the little raving apprentice over radio one with her friends, some photos of the dogs while I try get over whatever this sore throat and irritating ears is going to be about always end up poorly when the weather changes 😩😷
