Lady and the Tramp Groomers I have over 10 years of experience. I am fully City and Guilds/level 3 trained. I groom small to giant breeds of all ages. I also groom cats � Bath and blow dry

All dogs are treated with love, compassion and care. Lady and the Tramp groomers is based in Cleadon, Sunderland. I am offering a range of services including:

At Lady and the Tramp Groomers, your pet will be safe, well

looked after and most importantly will feel like a member of the family. I groom tiny to giant breeds and all ages of dog are welcome. I do not have a drying cabinet, Instead I have hairdryers and blasters. Your pets wellbeing/ trust and safety are of paramount importance to me. Under the Veterinary Surgeons Act, groomer should never express a**l glands or perform ear plucking. These are invasive practices and should only be carried out by a veterinary surgeon or a veterinary nurse. I will, however, carry out a basic health check prior to the groom and I will highlight any issues that may be apparent. I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon :)

Update -

Work on repairing the building will be starting tomorrow, the estimated completion date is Wednesday 22nd of July. If your appointment is on the 21st or 22nd I will be in touch soon to rearrange.

As it stands we hope to be back to work on Thursday 23rd July as normal, but if your dog could possibly wait a week or two longer for their groom please let me know as that would be a huge help. Anyone else I have had to cancel I will rebook you in ASAP.

Also, to prevent anything like this from happening again, our landlord will be cordoning off the land to the side of the salon so there will no longer be any access for vehicles.

Morning everyone, just to update you all.

The grandson reached out to me and apologised profusely, he is mortified, we have spoken on the phone and I took the decision to take the posts down. I would like this awful situation to be dealt with quickly and as amicably ad possible. I really don't want this awful situation become hostile or nasty. The lady involved aswell has had a massive shock aswell. The family and the police have taken the licence off her now.

We have all had a massive awful shock. But for the Grace of God no one got hurt.

The situation is now in the hands of the insurance companies, they are hopefully working quickly to get this resolved.

My landlord is getting his builders out on Tuesday to start work in the hope that it will be carried out quickly.

From the bottom of my heart thank you each and everyone one of your for your lovely comments, concern and care. Everyone has been so lovely, helpful and caring. You all mean the world to me ###

Sorry if I haven't text you back or replied to you I am still in a state of shock.

I will keep you all posted. In the meantime, take care and treasure your babies. Please give them all a big hug and kiss from Katy, Steven and Ella. ###
