At Pooches Parlour your dog’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing always come first. Please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions before booking an appointment 💕

✂️ Appointments & Cancellations ✂️

I understand things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try and give at least 24 hours’ notice.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge.
* “No-shows” (missing your appointment without notice) will require full payment before another booking can be made.
* Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings.

💴 Payments 💴

Payment is due at the time of your appointment.I accept cash or bank transfer in the salon.
Prices vary depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and temperament. Additional fees may apply for heavily matted coats or extra handling time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

⏰ Late Arrivals/pick up ⏰

Please try to arrive on time so I can give your dog the full grooming experience!
* If you’re running late, please call as soon as possible.
* Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
* A late fee may apply if I am still able to accommodate you.
* A late pick up fee may also be applied, please turn up when asked I will always give a time frame or message 15 minutes before the dog is groomed if you need more time given please ask.

🐜 Fleas & Parasites 🐜

If fleas are found during grooming:
* A flea treatment charge of £10 will be added as your dog will require a flea bath.
* The appointment may end early so I can deep-clean the salon.
I want to keep the salon safe and comfortable for all our furry friends 🐶

🐶 Matting Policy 🐶

Your dog’s comfort is my priority ❤️
If your dog’s coat is severely matted, I may need to clip or shave the coat for their health and safety (as required by the Animal Welfare Act 2006).
Please note:
* Additional charges apply for dematting or shaving.
* I will always discuss the best option with you first.
* Pooches parlour is not responsible for any mild skin irritation or nicks that can occur when removing matted coats.
Regular grooming helps prevent matting and keeps your pup comfy!

🩹 Health & Safety 🩹

Please tell me about any medical conditions, allergies, or behaviour concerns before your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service if a dog is too stressed, aggressive, or unsafe to groom. All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and in good health.

⚖️ Liability ⚖️

I always take the greatest care when grooming your dog. However, all grooming is carried out at the owner’s risk. Pooches Parlour cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden health issues, or unexpected reactions during or after grooming.
