Thanks to those of you that have enquired about wee Betty.
I had noticed a change to her eyes a few weeks ago and she got referred to the small animal hospital. We were there today.
Unfortunately it seems to be something in her brain 🫣 She seen opthamology for pressure tests, optic nerve scan etc. Some mild changes in the eye but wouldn't account for noticable difference in pupil. Neurology said she isn't in pain. I could have got her a brain scan next week but at £3500 they said it might not even show anything yet. They said I should wait and see if she develops any neurological symptoms like seizures, problems walking etc then get in touch. If its a tumour she would need radiotherapy but then it's the question of would I put her through that. So waiting game really. She might go on for years with no other issues. It's mostly bright sunlight that will bother her so I've just to be mindful of that.
I'm just going to save up as much as I can for a scan incase she needs that in future and keep my fingers crossed
