Hayley's Dog Grooming All grooms are done to customers preference! Pick up and drop off service is available but must be requested at time of booking.

❗️❗️ NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS ❗️❗️

✨️ Price increase of £2 per dog for all full grooms and baths ✨️

This price increase will begin the 1st of Oct

‼️‼️ Also as of NOW there will be a £10 charge to no shows ‼️‼️

This £10 must be paid before I will rebook your appointment

To avoid this fee, I will need 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Any notification of cancellation after this time period will be subject to fee.

I hate to do this, but I am far too often left waiting on customers who don't turn up while I have other customers who would gladly take that appointment. I understand that things happen and appointments can slip minds, but this is my full-time job and have a living to make and bills to pay. Hopefully, everyone can understand.

We will only be accepting cash or card payment via our card machine (Payment for pick up and drop offs can be paid via the card machine at your house as its portable)

All appointments that are already booked in for January will stay booked in unless told otherwise.
