⭐️I’m still working through everyone to book up your doggies for the year. If you haven’t heard from me and would like a December appointment sorted for before Christmas please give me a message as Santa month is filling up very quickly , I only have a few Saturday slots left for December so for those that need a Saturday please message asap before they are gone ⭐️

⭐️ little update ⭐️

I will no longer be booking dogs in on Tuesdays. Going forward, my set working days will be:

Monday • Wednesday • Thursday • Friday • Saturday

With the rest of the year already starting to fill up, I want to make sure I’m giving myself a second day off during the week so I can have a good balance and a more structured week. 🐾

Any appointments that are already booked for a Tuesday will still go ahead as planned, I just won’t be taking any new Tuesday appointments.

I’m also going to try my best to stick to replying to messages within my working hours. This may mean replies are a little slower than usual, but I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I can. 🐶💕

‼️ POLICYS ‼️
Due to recent no shows and very late collections I would like to reinforce my policy’s. Please let me know if you don’t plan on coming to your appointment, a simple text and that means I can try fill in the slot. I understand that things come up and life happens but please communicate with me. I know the signal has been down in Kilwinning recently but I have been giving everyone times to come back at , please come back at the time given. I’m happy to give or take 5/10 mins but I shouldn’t be waiting 30/40 mins or more for dogs to be collected.I will now be charging a fee of £5 per 15 mins that goes by after the grace period. Thank you to those who already do a great job of being on time and letting me know if any appointments issues 🥰 this is my livelihood so please be respectful 🐾🐶
