I am sorry for everyone i had to cancel last week, I am slowly starting to feel more human! I will get back to everyone with new appointments over the next day or two. Please bare with me as i have a full weeks worth of dogs to try and reschedule into a jam packed diary 🤦🏻‍♀️, i will try my best to get everyone in as soon as i possibly can.

Booking Policy 🐾

- No-shows: If you miss your appointment without letting me know, you won’t be able to book in again until the full cost of the missed groom has been paid.

- Cancellations : If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full cost of the groom will be charged.

I completely understand that things can come up, but as a small business, late cancellations and missed appointments have a big impact. Thanks so much for your understanding and support 💛

Hey everyone,

Just a quick heads-up that there will be a price increase for my grooming services starting from 1st April. I had planned to do this in January but i have held off until April.

With the rising cost of products and running the business, I’ve had to make a slight adjustment. I’ve kept this as minimal as possible, and it’ll help me continue giving your pups the best care and keeping everything running smoothly.

I really appreciate all your support — it means so much to me and my little business 🐾

Hi Everyone 🎅

Just a quick message to say that everyone should have had a reminder sent out for your Christmas appointment. If you are unable to make your app please give me as much notice as possible as this is the busiest time of year and i have a cancellation list that i can fill slots with, given enough notice.

If you would like your dates put in for next year, please message me over the days and times that suit and how many weeks apart and i will start working through next years diary.

❌️Please note, there will be a price increase from Monday 5th January, i hate to have to do it but due to the increasing costs of living i have no choice but to do so. If you have any questions regarding prices, please just give me a message❌️
