Sarah began riding with the Worcestershire Hunt Pony Club and represented the club at the PC Championships in eventing, dressage and tetrathlon as well as gaining her A test. In 2006 Sarah was a member of the British Junior squad competing in Avenches with her first event horse Marienta. In 2012 she was the British Dressage BYRDS A squad champion. After a year in Herefordshire with William Blane FBHS Sarah moved to the present yard in Warwickshire where she now has a string of event horses with her Fiance Ben Way.

Exciting opportunity: A position at Team Way Eventing has become available:

💥 Ideally a full time position to join existing team with around 20 competition horses ranging from 4YO’s to Advanced.

💥 Own horse welcome, on site accommodation available if needed.

💥 Training available with 5* event riders and thier coaches

💥 All normal yard duties, lots of riding for the right person.

💥 Chance to groom at some events

We would consider someone wanting flexible working hours, however ideally this would be a full time role working 5.5 days a week, with 28 days holiday. Good rates of pay plus NI and pension contributions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about horses, willing to work hard and will fit in to our existing team of horses and people.

We would also be open to someone looking for an Apprenticeship/working pupil position.
