FYI: MIGUEL SANTOS is available in Medivet Oakdale this morning (Saturday 30/8/25). The branch is just 15 minutes drive from Parkstone.
You are also welcome to use our hub branch in Poole (details are on the flyer).
We will reopen Parkstone on Saturdays very soon! Thanks for bearing with us ☺️

This stunning gentle giant, Luther, is a two year old Great Dane. He was in today for his six monthly health check with our lovely vet Anna.

Update on Dot!
Dot's pseudo-flying lessons are coming along nicely. She is getting stronger by the day and starting to see off other gulls who dare to venture into her garden 😆

For those who don't know. Dot was brought into Parkstone branch almost six weeks ago now, as a very furball of a chick. She was kindly homed by a friend of the practice, because the shelters were too full to home her. We are super proud of Dot's progress and look forward to further updates from her "Dad".

We wanted to introduce Twiglet to our followers. 🧡
Twiglet came into the branch yesterday for vaccination boosters and won the heart of the team with her gentle demeanour.
She was super well behaved and got lots of snuggles from our Practice Manager. 🩷

It's not every day we post videos of robotic lawnmowers!
But, the aptly named "Edward" Scissorhands, was donated to Parkstone Medivet by Wil Ames (a friend of our Practice Manager) to help us reduce the costs of gardening services and to keep the garden tidy for our staff and furry visitors.
Thank you, Wil, for thinking of us. We will take good care of him for you 🙂
