One of the best things about being a mobile vet is that you never know who you're going to meet on your travels! 🪿🐥

While visiting one of the lovely villages on my route recently, I came across this adorable family of geese enjoying a stroll together. Mum and Dad were keeping a close eye on the little ones – a reminder that protective parenting isn't just for our pets! ❤️

🌡️ Hot weather is on the way! 🌡️

As temperatures rise, please remember that cars can become dangerously hot in just minutes – even with the windows cracked open.

Leaving a pet in a vehicle, even for a short trip into the shops, can quickly lead to heatstroke, organ failure, and can be fatal.

If your pet can't come with you, it's safest to leave them at home in a cool, well-ventilated space with plenty of fresh water.

Take a look at the temperature chart below to see just how quickly a parked car can heat up. Your pet's safety is always worth the extra thought. ❤️🐾
