What did you get up to this weekend?! On Saturday morning the Hilltop team helped this sheepish lad bring up a veritable vineyard he'd decided to have a misjudged munch on!

Today we sadly had to wave goodbye to our lovely locum Lucy. Vet Lucy has been helping out at Hilltop this past year, with her trusty Kelpie Chip at her side. Even Poppy came to join in as we wished the pair well as they prepare to head back to Oz later this summer.

Massive Congratulations to two of our Student Nurses - Sarah who has just passed the stringent final practical exams (known as OSCEs) at the end of two years of intensive training to become a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse and Georgie who has recently passed her first module's exams at the very start of her journey into nursing!

Try not to share your festive food with your pets this year. What may be delicious to us, can be harmful - there are hidden dangers. Raisins, grapes and sultanas can be toxic to your pets - so keep those mince pies out of reach. Even those greasy sausages can cause digestive upsets, especially when cooked in fat. And we all know that chocolate is toxic to our pets, so keep those yule logs away from inquisitive hungry mouths.
Enjoy your festive food, but keep your pets to their normal routine to avoid any upsets and dramas that could put an end to your festive fun.
