🌞🐶 Hot weather can be dangerous for our dogs, and heatstroke can become life-threatening very quickly. As temperatures rise, here are some important ways to keep your pets safe:

💧 Always provide fresh, cool water
🌳 Walk dogs early in the morning or later in the evening when it’s cooler
🔥 Avoid hot pavements — if it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for paws
🚗 Never leave your dog in a parked car, even for a few minutes
🏖️ Provide shade and cool resting areas at all times
🧊 Cooling mats, fans, and frozen treats can help keep dogs comfortable

⚠️ Signs of heatstroke include:
• Excessive panting
• Drooling
• Lethargy or weakness
• Vomiting or diarrhoea
• Bright red gums
• Collapse or confusion

Please take extra care during warm weather — prevention is always better than treatment. Stay safe and keep those tails wagging! 🐾☀️
