In light of the recent Competition and Markets Authority report, we’d like to take a moment to reassure our clients that we remain proudly independent.

As an independent practice, we control our own pricing and have always prioritized offering great value for money while offering a high standard of care. Our clinic is run by a veterinary team who are passionate about animals and deeply committed to our local community.

We provide clear cost estimates before any procedures, offer detailed itemised receipts, and have been assisting our clients in sourcing medications online with a written prescription for years. Our prices are transparently published on our website for your convenience.

We also have a fair and open complaints procedure and are always happy to discuss alternative treatment options whenever possible.

Thank you for your continued support of our small, independent veterinary clinic.

This is just a reminder regarding booking routine appointments for boosters and annual check ups - please do so in advance. This is especially important if you have holidays coming up and your pet is being boarded while you are away. The sooner after receiving your reminder the better to call and book so that we can do our best to accommodate the booking. We are often booked up for the next 3-4 weeks for annual booster appointments. Thank you 🙂

Does your dog ever eat things they shouldn’t?
Toys, stones, grass, paper, or even smelly socks?
We’re looking for dog owners (over 18 years old) to help us understand why some dogs eat non-food items.
Eating non-food items can have serious consequences for dogs, and your participation will help us better understand this puzzling behaviour and may lead to insights that help keep dogs safe. Please click on the link below if you want to get involved and you’ll be asked to complete a short survey, which should take around 10-15 minutes.
