This is just a reminder regarding booking routine appointments for boosters and annual check ups - please do so in advance. This is especially important if you have holidays coming up and your pet is being boarded while you are away. The sooner after receiving your reminder the better to call and book so that we can do our best to accommodate the booking. We are often booked up for the next 3-4 weeks for annual booster appointments. Thank you 馃檪

Eating non-food items can have serious consequences for dogs, and your participation will help us better understand this puzzling behaviour and may lead to insights that help keep dogs safe. Please click on the link below if you want to get involved and you鈥檒l be asked to complete a short survey, which should take around 10-15 minutes.

Please think twice and then think again before going for a walk with your dog when the weather is hot. It is best to walk very early in the morning or late in the evening when the temperature is cooler and at a safer level. During these walks, it is advisable to avoid high energy exercise and keep to a comfortable and controlled pace. If in doubt, don't take them out! Keep a close eye on all pets when it's hot and ensure fresh drinking water is always available. Stick to shade if they do need to go out in the garden and limit the time they spend out there, especially at the hottest times of the day. Stay cool and stay safe!

Price increases.

To keep in line with the rising costs of medication, utilities and ensuring we have the best team possible to treat your pets, we have had to raise our prices.

We offer estimates in advance for all treatments, so please do ask if you would like to be aware of any upcoming treatment costs.

This is not a decision made lightly but was necessary to keep up with current cost increases as a small, independent practice. We have tried to keep our pricing as competitive as possible.

We appreciate the support from all of our wonderful clients!
