* Written Prescriptions *

Due to reoccurring fraudulent activity regarding written prescriptions we have made the decision that all prescriptions must be posted to the pharmacy before any medication is dispensed, this will be clearly stated on all prescriptions.

Any photo copied versions or duplicates will no longer be accepted by any pharmacy. Therefore all written prescriptions ordered must be collected from the practice.

Please ensure you leave plenty of time to post your prescription and receive your medication.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Unfortunately we are having a huge increase in "no show" appointments.

Our 3 strike policy is in place and will result in termination of your registration from the practice.

We understand that accident's happen and appointment's may be missed or cancelled but multiple "no show's" can delay the treatment of ill animals.

We do thank all our clients that attend every appointment and communicate any issues.

PLANT SALE

Our RVN, Leanne, has set up a plant sale today to help raise money for street cats and dogs. This charity is very special to Leanne as her lovely dog Chance was one of their cases.

Please help yourself to plants and have a read of Chance's story. Donations can be left in the pot on the table or sent directly to the charity.

We would like to introduce the newest member of the team!

BASIL 🌿

A couple of weeks ago we decided to give a little stray bunny a home. Since then he has taken his new role as Practice Bunny very serious.

He enjoys snacking on kale and dandelions, bunny hopping around the practice and relaxing in the sun ☀️🐰

Basil has made the perfect new addition to the practice 🐾

We are experiencing a huge increase in aggressive and verbally abusive clients, both over the phone or in practice.

From today any clients showing aggression or abuse towards any of our team will be permanently terminated from the practice.

We kindly ask you respect our practice and staff and raise any concerns politely with a member of the team.

FOUND - OWNER FOUND

One of two cats has been bought in this morning after following a couple home from a walk. This has happened multiple times over the last few months.

Unfortunately there is no microchip present and all local home owners are unsure of a potential home.

Commonly seen in the fields on Brook Street, Hartshorne along with a black and white cat.

Please contact the practice if this could be your cat. Proof of ownership is required.
