โญ๏ธNO SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONSโญ๏ธ

This isnโ€™t to make anybody feel bad or directed at any individual however over the past 24hrs we have had 5 dogs miss appointments this has been a loss of ยฃ200 for us, as a small business this is really damaging! Weโ€™ve been really lucky up until this point & have not felt the need to enforce any late cancellation or no show policies however this may need to change to protect ourselves & the business.

We completely understand things happen out of control & circumstances change; Weโ€™re human & have other commitments too, we get it! As our appointments are booked back to back if we donโ€™t know you are not coming until last minute or after your appointment was due to start we cannot fill your booking with anything else. This is even more disheartening when weโ€™re so busy & have a list of people awaiting cancellations & earlier appointments.

If we have your correct email/ mobile number you should be receiving a reminder of your appointment the day before so please let us know if you are not.

Please please please if you cannot attend your appointment give us as much notice as possible ๐Ÿ™

Our shop has been super busy this week which has been wonderful getting to meet so many new faces! We had the absolute pleasure of being a house full of hounds & meeting 3 beautiful whippets who were passing through ๐Ÿฅฐ Thank you for supporting small & shopping local! ๐Ÿ’

The weather for the week is set be HOT, which is great for us humans but not for some dogs! ๐ŸŒก๏ธ

We are taking precautions in the salon to minimise risks associated with the heat. We will keep the building as ventilated as we can, have purchased an air con machine, we have fans dotted around & will be using low heat settings on our dryers. โ„๏ธ

Whilst we can battle the temperatures in the salon we cannot control it fully so please consider your own dogโ€™s personal health, age & breed traits. We will not charge any cancellation fees if you decide there may be a risk for your dog to attend their appointment & will happily re-schedule. If at any point during your dogs visit to us we are concerned we will stop the groom & will contact you to collect them. Your dogs wellbeing & safety are ALWAYS priority! ๐Ÿถ
