It’s fabulous Friday in our lovely little shop and we are stacked to the rafters with treats for you all!!

We have new season spring lamb once again, this flew out last week and was absolutely delicious, expertly butchered by dad, we have a selection it joints on and off the bone, steaks and shanks.

We also have some easy tea treats:

- Haloumi, Honey & Chipotle Steak Truffles
- Kentucky Bourbon Grill Sticks
- Lamb & Mint Burgers
- Lamb Koftes (Moroccan or Garden Mint)

And if that isn’t enough to tempt you, wonderful Philippa has just dropped off:

We are putting the feelers out for someone to possibly join our awesome little team on the yard!

This could be on either a self employed basis or possibly on the books for the right person.

Working 3 days a week, Thursday - Saturday with our lovely horses in a very peaceful setting, we are looking for someone who is dedicated, reliable, punctual, honest, able to work on their own and above all, must lobe our horses like we do.

You must be OK with flexible working hours on those days and happy to work in all weathers.

At this stage, we are just popping feelers out to see if anyone would be interested in something part time like this. Previous horsey experience is essential of course!
