💜Lunar💜

Decided to try the bridleway this morning, haven’t been up there in a while…. Pitch dark, raining, over hanging brambles were the size of branches and hanging from the tops of trees to the ground, literally like something out of The Lord of The Rings in the forest scenes….

Anyway, glad Lunar could see in the dark, it gave me chance to hold my phone and duck every now and then 😂

You can hear me say ‘can’t see for 💩 but never mind ’ and ‘ouch, f**k that hurts’ as I got walloped by a few branches but was it worth it? Of course!!!

Drenched, cut to shreds by the brambles but smiling so all is good 👌 now off to work 🤦‍♀️

What a super day for Lunar, our first trip out this year and as always Lunar took it all in her stride and behaved like a superstar (Diva!!).

She had so many cuddles and treats from visitors and as always demanded more 😂. Honestly can’t ask for more from her, she is so kind, gentle and understanding with everyone, children and adults alike….

Highlight of the day was when she snuck off to the grain store (where I’d hidden her treats) and she found the bag of treats, lifted it up and shook the entire bag all over the floor!!! ‘Look what I’ve got mum!!!’ 😂😂😂😂

Omg I laughed so much!!!!

Wonderful day as always, our fifth year in a row we’ve been invited back…. Thank you Sue and everyone at the RuraL Life Museum for your hospitality and the carrots you so kindly dug up for Lunar 🥕 and thank you to all the children who kept running to the orchard to pick apples off the floor for Lunar 🍏

Thank you to Kate & Sean for coming to support us, it makes all the difference to see friendly faces in the crowd, I’m so grateful to have you both as friends ☺️

Now I’m heading home for a cup of tea and a rest 😂
