As a customer focussed business we try to help customers as much as possible especially with costs rising throughout every part of life.

You may not be aware but we sell organic milk in glass pints, 1L and 2L plastic bottles and the milk is pasteurised and can be homogenised or non-homogenised depending upon how you like your milk.

We forgot to share some very important news with all of you.

Our flock has passed their first qualifying test for the Sheep & Goat Health Scheme in relation to MV accreditation.

So just the final test to do in August to gain full accreditation.

Here at Shields Farming, we take animal health & welfare as a top priority. That is why we have invested in on-farm faecal egg count processing.
This is to make sure our livestock have the best protection against internal parasite and results within minutes.
We spent 3 hours learning and away we went collecting samples and processing. The whole farm is now under a 3 week program of testing and analysing worming burdens and resistance on farm.
It maybe much earlier than need be but the time is around the corner for full results before issuing worming products to best protect the national flocks and herds. So lets all get a start and make a difference in British Agriculture.
We are all responsible for food security and there is no better place to start than with a FECPAK I-100.
