Just to let you know I am not in the salon this week as I'm enjoying some time off with my son and my pups! โ˜บ๏ธ

Emma will be in the salon on Saturday so she should be able to pick up any messages then but I will be back from the 29th โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿถ

I'm still chocka and still not able to take new clients on unfortunately. I will always try my best to accommodate where I can so if you need to change etc, just let me know and I will do what I can โ˜บ๏ธ

Just a little reminder to all customers that payment is due on the day of your dogโ€™s groom โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿพ

We don't have a card machine so now only accept payment via bank transfer, and we kindly ask that transfers are made promptly after your appointment. I know we've changed the details but once you've saved them it should make it easier for upcoming appointments

Having to chase up unpaid grooms is becoming quite frequent and, honestly, itโ€™s something I really donโ€™t enjoy doing. As a small business, timely payments make a huge difference and are really appreciated โ˜บ๏ธโค๏ธ

Faff number one....I have new bank details for anyone who pays via bank transfer. So could everyone please delete any stored details for us please as that account is no longer in use โ˜บ๏ธ I promise it's the last time I will change it as I know it's a pain ๐Ÿ˜‚

Faff number two.... Also Emma is working the odd day or two in the salon, she has her own separate bank details so if you're lucky enough to get her to groom your dog, you will need her separate details to pay her please. I swear we're not doing it to annoy you haha

My diary is full for the year, so please if you think you may need to change or cancel, please let me know with as much notice as possible so I can help โ˜บ๏ธ

And the final faff.... We are aware there's a postbox directly outside the salon and there has been some changes to said post box. We have had alot of extra traffic in the salon asking about this. This is something you should probably chase up with the postman, not the dog groomers ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Last weekend I had a photoshoot with the incredible Rebecca at Rebecca Ashworth Photography - Sit Stay Capture

This was my second shoot with her as I had one back in 2020, and she now offers a range of locations across northumberland, so I got to close where we went. It made the whole experience feel so much more personal, as I picked somewhere we regularly walk, which made it feel all that bit more special โค๏ธ

I've shared a few of my favourites from a huge album. My lot were pretty unco-operative at times ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚ but Rebecca was so patient and made us all feel so relaxed. She has captured them all so beautifully ๐Ÿฅฐโค๏ธ

Hiya, I hope everyone is enjoying their Easter weekend ๐Ÿฃ๐ŸŒผ

As you all know, I made the difficult decision to step back from the business due to my health, and today is officially my last day of being one half of The Dog Garden.

I just want to say a massive thank you to all of our wonderful customers for your support over the last 7 years. If it wasnโ€™t for you, The Dog Garden wouldnโ€™t be what it is today. Iโ€™ve met so many amazing dogs (and their humans!), and we really have become one big family. Iโ€™ve made some truly special friendships along the way, which Iโ€™ll always be grateful for โค๏ธ

I also want to say a huge thank you to my best friend and business partner, Steph. We achieved our dream together, and I honestly wouldnโ€™t have wanted to do it with anyone else. Sheโ€™s one of the most caring, patient and kind people I know and just incredible with the dogs.

This isnโ€™t a full goodbye though, as Iโ€™ll still be doing 1โ€“2 days a week at the salon while I find my feet with my new venture, so youโ€™ll still see me around, either grooming, helping out, or just pestering Steph ๐Ÿคฃ

Thank you all again for your patience, kindness and support over the years. Itโ€™s meant more than you know.
