ts the best possible care. Rhiannon holds a Zoology degree from Newcastle University and has over 12 years experience working in a veterinary practice. She has always loved animals and her father rues the day he told her "when you have your own house, you can have as many pets as you like"; she's now the owner of 1 cat, 7 dogs, a pony, and several smaller pets and therefore has experience looking after a range of animals.

Little Eli was the reason my Friday wasn’t quiet! I knew something was up for a young hedgehog like him to be out during the day, I scooped him up and took him to see my friend Lesley at Fallowfield Hedgehogs. He has some wounds probably from a fox or dog which Lesley thinks are just superficial but her main worry is that she thinks he has a parasite called fluke. She’s taking him up to the big rescue in Longframlington where he will be given a course of worming treatment which will hopefully get rid of the fluke worm if we have caught it in time 🤞💕

😼 FOSTER PLACEMENTS NEEDED 😼

We have a list of priority cases that need to come into our care. We can't help anymore until we can find foster placements for existing cats.

✨️2 Older girls - long-term foster
✨️ Pair of 1 year old siblings
✨️1 year old female, very shy
✨️ 18 month old boy, very confident

If you feel you could help us short-term, please drop us a message or email.

If you have existing animals we ask you to have a spare room to keep animals separate.

All costs covered, including food and vet bills. Our super friendly team provides lots of support, too.
