We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Braid Vets as a Veterinary Receptionist, based at our Mayfield Road Hospital.

You’ll be working alongside a supportive team to provide a warm, efficient service to our clients and their pets. The role requires a good balance of empathy, professionalism, and the ability to stay organised in a busy, fast-paced environment. Being a strong team player is essential.

The role:

· Full-time position (40 hours per week)

· 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

This lovely girl was in for her 6 monthly health check with nurse, Rachel. 🩺

She was an absolute angel for her exam and enjoyed lots of dreamies! Her owner also collected preventative flea and worming treatment whilst at the practice, which is all covered on our monthly Health Plan. 🫶🏼

He’s currently resting at our Mayfield Road hospital branch.

Temporary Change to Our E-Vets Emergency Service on Wednesday 1st July ❗️

Due to unavoidable electrical works at our Mayfield Road hospital being carried out overnight, our E-Vets emergency service will run from Braid Vets Leith Walk practice (319 Leith Walk, Edinburgh EH6 8SA) for one night only.

Please be assured that you and your pet will continue to have access to high-quality emergency care during this time.
Our emergency team will be available to offer advice over the phone and arrange for an appointment at our Leith Walk practice if required.

📞 If you find yourself in an emergency situation outside of our routine hours, please contact us on 0131 662 1689 as usual.
